COURSE OVERVIEW:

In order to help students prepare more effectively and less stressfully for the Redesigned SAT (2016), SAT® Tutorials are created expressly for it. They take into account the test criteria. The SAT Math, Writing and Language, and Reading Tutorials provide a specialized practice and review approach.

As they move through SAT test-aligned modules, students interact with the material in a supportive setting that encourages feedback. Students develop the depth of knowledge, self-assurance, and higher order skills necessary to demonstrate mastery when put to the test by practicing skills that are crucial to the test they are preparing for.

Through targeted content, guided analysis, and practice exercises in each module, Learn It and Try It makes difficult concepts understandable to students, empowering them to improve their exam readiness. The Review It provides a compelling and powerful video explanation of crucial ideas and relationships that is easy to understand. The Test It evaluates students' understanding of the concepts covered in the module, provides teachers and students with precise performance data, and connects each student's performance to descriptions of the SAT subject dimensions. Unit-level pretests and posttests can rapidly determine where students are prepared for test day and where they still need to review and practice, allowing students to concentrate on the material that is most pertinent to them.

This Tutorial is aligned with Redesigned SAT test specifications for Math and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing tests.
